Join us on a full-day adventure from Lima to Paracas and Ica. We will visit beautiful beaches, stunning islands, and the famous Huacachina Oasis. The trip offers a variety of experiences, from wildlife sightings to thrilling sandboarding.

Morning Departure and Paracas

Start the morning by picking you up from your hotel in Miraflores between 4:20 and 5:20 AM. The bus ride will take about 4 hours (approximately 240 kilometers or 150 miles). We will travel through scenic views, heading towards the coastal town of Paracas.

Around 10:00 AM, we´ll arrive at Balneario de Paracas, a popular beach destination. Here, we are going to take a boat tour to the Ballestas Islands. On the boat ride, spot sea lions, Humboldt penguins, and various marine species.

The Ballestas Islands are home to thousands of seabirds, including cormorants and flamingos. The boat tour lasts about 1 hour and 45 minutes.

Huacachina Oasis and Sandboarding

Next, we will head to Ica, located about 1.5 hours (80 kilometers or 50 miles) from Paracas. Upon arrival, you can visit the Huacachina Oasis, a serene lagoon surrounded by giant sand dunes. There will be free time to explore the oasis and take photos.

For the adventurous, an exciting dune buggy ride across the massive sand dunes awaits. This thrilling experience includes the chance to try sandboarding down the dunes. The fun-filled ride offers breathtaking views of the desert landscape.

Return to Lima

At 5:00 PM, the journey back to Lima will begin. The return trip takes around 4 hours, arriving at your hotel around 10:00 PM.
