This 9-day Lima-Ica-Cusco Affordable Tour takes us through Peru’s most stunning landscapes for an memorable adventure. We will explore ancient sites, panoramic views, and unique cultural traditions. The trip to Peru begins in the capital, offering the perfect starting point for an exciting adventure.

The adventure continues south to Ica, where stunning desert landscapes await. A boat tour around the Ballestas Islands will reveal incredible wildlife and coastal beauty. Later, we will ride dune buggies across golden sand dunes and visit the Huacachina Oasis. After an exciting day, we will prepare for the next leg of our journey.

Day 1Arrival in Lima – Free Day

The adventure begins in Lima, the capital of Peru. A transfer from the airport takes us to our hotel. The day allows us to rest, explore Miraflores, or enjoy local cuisine. In the evening, we will receive a group link with details for the next day’s tour.

Day 2Ica, Paracas & Huacachina – Boat Tour & Dune Buggies

Early in the morning, we leave Lima and travel 260 km south to Paracas. A boat tour takes us to the Ballestas Islands, home to sea lions, penguins, and diverse bird species. We will also see the famous Candelabro geoglyph.

After lunch, we will continue to Ica, where we visit a Pisco vineyard for a tasting session. At the Huacachina Oasis, we are going to experience dune buggies and sandboarding across golden dunes. The journey back to Lima ends the day.

Day 3Lima to Cusco – Flight & Acclimatization

A morning transfer takes us to the airport for our flight from Lima to Cusco. Upon arrival, another transfer to our hotel in Cusco follows. The rest of the day allows us to acclimate to the high altitude. You can explore Plaza de Armas, San Pedro Market, or local restaurants.

Day 4Sacred Valley Tour – Inca Ruins & Buffet Lunch

The day starts with a drive to the Sacred Valley, visiting Chinchero, Moray, and Maras Salt Mines. In Urubamba, we will enjoy a delicious buffet lunch. 

The tour continues to Ollantaytambo, an important Inca archaeological site. The final stop is Pisac, known for its ruins and artisan market. We will return to Cusco at 7:00 PM to rest and prepare for the next day.

The journey begins with a scenic bus ride through the Sacred Valley. After a lunch stop in Santa Teresa, we will continue to Hidroelectrica. From there, we are going to start a 3-hour hike along the railway to Aguas Calientes. Dinner and a briefing with our guide conclude the day.
